We serve Rockland, Camden, Rockport, Thomaston, Owls Head, Cushing, Bristol, Tennant's Harbor, Pemaquid, Boothbay, Harpswell, Lincolnville, Islesboro, and surrounding communities. A travel surcharge may apply for properties more than 20 miles from Rockland.
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for all handyman, home watch, and vessel watch work in the state of Maine. We're happy to provide proof of insurance on request.
We visit your property on a schedule you choose — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — and conduct a thorough interior and exterior inspection. After each visit you receive a written report with photos so you always know the condition of your home.
We inspect your boat on a regular schedule, checking the bilge, lines, fenders, through-hulls, and overall condition. You receive a photo report after every visit. We can also coordinate with your marina or boatyard if an issue needs attention.
We guarantee a same-week response for standard repair requests. For urgent issues — a burst pipe, storm damage, or a security concern — we aim to be on-site the same day or next morning.
Absolutely — the majority of our home watch clients are seasonal residents or vacation homeowners who spend part of the year away from their mid-coast Maine property. We act as your eyes and ears on the ground year-round.

Oh my goodness. What an awesome and amazing experience with Russ. Excellent work very professional and detail oriented.
