We serve Rockland, Camden, Rockport, Thomaston, Owls Head, Cushing, Bristol, Tennant's Harbor, Pemaquid, Boothbay, Harpswell, Lincolnville, Islesboro, and surrounding communities. A travel surcharge may apply for properties more than 20 miles from Rockland.
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured for all handyman, home watch, and vessel watch work in the state of Maine. We're happy to provide proof of insurance on request.
We visit your property on a schedule you choose — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — and conduct a thorough interior and exterior inspection. After each visit you receive a written report with photos so you always know the condition of your home.
We inspect your boat on a regular schedule, checking the bilge, lines, fenders, through-hulls, and overall condition. You receive a photo report after every visit. We can also coordinate with your marina or boatyard if an issue needs attention.
We guarantee a same-week response for standard repair requests. For urgent issues — a burst pipe, storm damage, or a security concern — we aim to be on-site the same day or next morning.
Absolutely — the majority of our home watch clients are seasonal residents or vacation homeowners who spend part of the year away from their mid-coast Maine property. We act as your eyes and ears on the ground year-round.

I've been a sailor for much of my life. Russ maintained yachts and boats, as well as being a captain for years. Russ goes overboard in every aspect of his trade. To say everything was shipshape upon completion is an understatement. Not a drip, a scuff, a spot missed. We say that nothing is perfect, but I'm not sure I can say that any longer. To my eyes, Russ's work is perfect. He was aboveboard in his estimate, his billing, there were no surprises. My biggest smile was after Russ left: he had coiled my hose and left it at the side of the basement door. I have NEVER seen a tradesman do that! Astonishing. Russ is the guy to know. Answers on the first ring, highly professional and provided above and beyond service to my elderly client. I am a licensed mortgage broker — located out of state — and had a borrower, in the relative area, who needed a handrail installed and a gutter removal. With one phone call Russ was to my client's property, fully scheduled, repaired and addressed all her needs — all within 24 hours.
