We plow after every significant snowfall — typically anything over 2 inches. Your driveway is clear and accessible when you need it, whether you're there or away.
Walkway & Entry Clearing
Front walks, steps, and entry areas cleared and salted. We make sure the path to your door is safe — for you, your guests, or any contractors who need access.
Roof Raking
Heavy snow loads and ice dams are a serious risk on Maine roofs. We rake accessible roof areas after major storms to prevent structural damage and ice dam formation.
Sand & Salt Application
Ice is more dangerous than snow. We apply sand and salt to driveways and walkways to maintain safe traction after plowing and during freeze-thaw cycles.
Seasonal Property Checks
Every plow visit includes a quick exterior check. If we see something wrong — a broken pipe, a fallen tree, storm damage — we photograph it and notify you immediately.
