Marine Services
Regular inspections, written reports, and storm response — so your boat is safe when you're not there.
Eyes on Your Boat. Every Visit.
A failed bilge pump, a chafed dock line, a cover that's pooling water — these are the things that sink boats and cost owners thousands. They're also the things that get caught on a regular inspection.
We visit your vessel on a regular schedule, check everything that matters, and send you a written report with photos after every visit. If something needs attention, you hear from us immediately — not when you arrive at the dock.

What's Included
Every visit covers the things that matter most for a boat left unattended in a Maine harbor.
We inspect bilge levels and pump operation on every visit. A failed bilge pump in a Maine harbor can sink a boat fast — we catch it before it becomes a loss.
Dock lines chafe, cleats loosen, and fenders shift. We inspect and adjust on every visit so your boat stays where it belongs.
Covers that pool water or blow loose cause damage and mold. We check covers, biminis, and canvas after every weather event and adjust as needed.
Battery charge, shore power connection, running lights, and onboard electronics — we verify systems are functioning and flag anything that needs attention.
Before a significant storm we add extra lines and check all dock hardware. After the storm we inspect for damage and report back with photos.
You receive a detailed written report with timestamped photos after every visit. You see exactly what we saw — no guessing from away.
Better Together
Most of our Vessel Watch clients also use our Captain's Service for harbor moves, haul-out day moves, and repositioning. We watch the boat through the season and handle any moves as needed. One crew, one call.
